Incident Investigations and Reporting

Both incidents with loss and incidents without loss must be investigated, primarily to:

• Determine the cause of incidents and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
• Fulfill legal requirements.
• Assess the costs associated with an incident.
• Verify compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.).
